We provide ranked CS:GO Prime accounts for purchase. Kindly note that buying or selling Steam accounts is against Steam’s Terms of Service. By proceeding with the purchase, you accept all associated risks. If your account is restricted or revoked by Steam, we will replace or refund the account within the 48-hour warranty period only. No refunds or replacements will be provided beyond this period due to Steam’s intervention.
Account Acceptance
By playing a competitive matchmaking game on the purchased account, you confirm your acceptance of the account as received. If there is a rank discrepancy compared to your purchase, please contact us before playing competitive games. We will refund the difference or replace the account. However, we cannot assist with rank differences once competitive games have been played.
Delivery Method and Time
Upon order processing, products will be sent via email (the one used for registration) as soon as possible. Estimated delivery time ranges from one minute to twenty-four hours. If delivery is delayed beyond five minutes, please contact our customer service through live chat or email.
Responsibility for Fees and Taxes
You are responsible for any fees, taxes, or other costs associated with the purchase and delivery of items, including charges imposed by payment service providers or duties and taxes by local customs officials or regulatory bodies. As all products are virtual game accounts and the currency used is USD, there are no shipping costs or taxes on the website.
Returns and Refund Policy
Refunds for ranked accounts will not be issued under the following conditions:
- If the received account is in perfect condition without a VAC ban or Overwatch ban.
- If the account is VAC banned or banned due to cheats or any other illegal activity by the end user after the purchase.
- If the end user sells the account to someone else.
- If any individual attempts to scam or cheat us, they will be banned from our services, and any previously purchased accounts will be confiscated.
- If the account’s rank expires or loses its wins within the next 7 days after the purchase.
