1. Within Warranty Period: If your CS:GO Prime account is restricted or revoked by Steam within the 48-hour warranty period from the date of purchase, we will provide a replacement account or issue a full refund.

2. Exceptions: We shall not issue refunds for ranked accounts under the following conditions:

  1. If the received account is in perfect condition without a VAC ban or Overwatch ban.
  2. If the account is VAC banned or banned due to cheats or any other illegal activity by the end user after the purchase.
  3. If the end user sells the account to someone else.
  4. If any individual attempts to scam or cheat us, resulting in a ban from our services and confiscation of previously purchased accounts.
  5. If the account’s rank expires or loses its wins within the next 7 days after the purchase.

Cancellation Policy

1. Before Delivery: If you wish to cancel your order before the CS:GO Prime account has been delivered, please contact our customer service through live chat or email as soon as possible. We will process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

2. After Delivery: Once the CS:GO Prime account has been delivered, the order cannot be canceled. The refund policy mentioned above will apply.
